2. Warm water: You are going to need a warm water that is not that 100°c. Because this will enhance the binding of all the other ingredients together.
3. Cold water: We would use cold water, but it should not be too cold. This will make it comfortable and pleasant to us when drinking it.
4. Flavour: We need to add flavour to it, but this os going to be your choice, because it is not compulsory to add it. But it will also add taste to it.
5. Sugar: Add some quantity of sugar to it, in other to make it sweet to our tasting.
6. Cow cheese: Adding cow cheese to your yorghot is very neccessary because it will make it thick and provides some supplements to it. This will enhance children growth and adult wellness in bones and marrows.
